Vacuum pump (2013 and later 1500 models) – removal and installation
1. Remove the air filter housing (see Fuel and exhaust systems – gasoline engines).
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the pump, then remove the harness from the bracket.
3. Depress the locking tab on the quick-connect fitting and separate the vacuum hose from the pump.
4. Remove the mounting bolts and detach the pump from the vehicle.
5. Installation is the reverse of removal.
